First Aid at Work (2 Day Requalification Courses)

This 2-day First Aid at Work course is designed for those who currently hold a Level 3 First Aid at Work Ofqual regulated qualification and are due to expire. 

A First Aider can renew their First Aid at Work qualification by attending a 2-day requalification course without question, if it’s within 1 month past the expiry date. Although it is important to note that as soon as the certificate expires, the First Aider is no longer considered competent to act as a First Aider. Therefore, it would make sense to arrange a First Aid at Work Requalification before the award expires.

• CPR and Safe Use of an AED.
• Choking
• Wounds and Bleeding
• Seizures
• Minor Burns and Scalds
• Foreign Objects
• Fractures
• Dislocations
• Sprains and Strains
• Head and Spinal Injuries
• Chest and Abdominal Injuries
• Eye Injuries
• Specialised Burn Injuries
• Poisoning
• Anaphylaxis
• Heart Attacks and Angina
• Strokes
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Hyperthermia and Hypothermia
• Bites and Stings

Venue: This course is delivered at Tittesworth Watersports in our brand new training room overlooking the water and includes all refreshments. We only run courses upto a max group size of 6, meaning plenty of time to discuss topics and practice skills.

Trainer: Our trainers have over 15 years real life experience of administering first aid under pressure within the leisure and outdoor industries providing a greater depth and understanding of what is needed in first aid training.
We really believe in teaching knowledge in such a way that you understand and feel confident to do something in an emergency situation.
