NATIONAL GO CANOEING WEEK
The aim of National Go Canoeing Week is to get as many people out on the water as possible - whether it be canoe, kayak or SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board). This year we want everyone to be a part of The Big Adventure by going on their own adventures during the week. This years National Go Canoeing Week takes place 27th May - 4th June.
The week is enjoyable and accessible for all abilities. It could be your first time picking up a paddle or your thousandth time, there is a way for you to join in.
This year we want you to paddle 30,000 miles whilst also raising £30,000 for charity! For the first time British Canoeing are partnering with Cancer Research UK so that you can raise money for a great cause whilst being on the water.
We will be hosting a range of challenges and adventures across the week so check out the details of our events below for more information and to book your place on coach led activities.
If you just want to take part, you can hire equipment or bring your own for a launch fee and complete a challenge paddle, enjoy our views along the way, and add your miles to the total - each paddler will receive a mileage card to log your trips:
